Senior lecturer at the Institute of Art-and Cultural Science, University of Copenhagen. Bolt is the author of articles and books about the artistic avant-garde, the revolutionary tradition and political philosophy. His most recent publication is the book Avantgardens selvmord, 2009. He has actively contributed to various political and artistic matters and worked in different contexts, amongst others as a co-editor of the magazines K&K and Øjeblikket.
